Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Medley. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Subscription.

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or within 14 days of an annual renewal. To request a refund, contact us at hello@getmedley.app with your account email and a brief explanation of why you'd like a refund.

Refund requests made within the 14-day window will be honored promptly, no questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you cancel a monthly Subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a monthly billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service during a billing period, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to do so, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel an annual Subscription outside the 14-day refund window, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current annual billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining months of an annual subscription after the 14-day refund window has passed.

Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary because no payment has been made.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us immediately at hello@getmedley.app. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments and refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
